About Us 

Cucina Toscano's owner, Dan Smith, has over 28 years of experience bringing small groups (no more than 8 people per group) to Tuscany to discover the warmth, hospitality, and wonderful foods of this special region in Italy.

Cucina Toscano combines travel and cooking with a focus on regional recipes from culinary experts who share their great passion for food, wine, and the history of the region. 

Cucina Toscano's unique approach allows guests a first-hand opportunity to experience and enjoy the lifestyles,  surroundings, and regional foods native to Tuscany. 

Our hands-on cooking classes encourage guests to engage in the entire cooking experience including the use of time honored techniques, ingredients, and family recipes to bring home. Lovers of cooking and the culinary arts of all levels are encouraged  to travel with us and learn. Our classes are small enough to accommodate guests of varied cooking experience.
