A Look Into Your Week

Upon arrival, you are greeted at the arranged ground transportation pick-up
point by Cucina Toscana where we make our way to Montepulciano.
We are welcomed by our host and will enjoy a light lunch with locally
produced wine. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the grounds of the
property with vineyards and orchards as far as the eye can see and/or a visit to
Montepulciano. Our first night's dinner often turns into an “impromptu” cooking class.
Small groups of 8 allow the opportunity to take advantage of unpublished events, festivals, or special gathering that are happening in the nearby villages.

Breakfast includes homemade biscuits and jams, eggs, local meats and cheeses along with coffee and juice.

Our 4 cooking classes are scheduled intermittently in the mornings and afternoons. The classes are taught by the chef/owners of the property where we will learn generations-old family recipes.  Throughout the classes, you will receive personal instruction from the chef for a true hands-on cooking experience.

When not cooking we will explore the hilltowns of Tuscany visiting historical and gastronomical landmarks stopping at vineyards, cheese farms and olive oil producers along the way.
Some of the towns we will be visit include: Pienza;  Montalcino;
Montepulciano;Siena; San Gimignano; a private guided tour of Florence; Castiglioned'Orcia; Fortress of Tentennano; San Quirico d'Orcia; Bagno Vignoni; Radicofani
and Volpaia in Chianti.

In the evening we will gather for dinner where we will enjoy the dishes made in
class earlier that day in addition to other nightly specialties. Each meal will be accompanied by locally produced wine and cheese.
At the end of the week we hope you have made new friends, learned time honored
recipes, and gain memories that will last a lifetime.

Our per-person price of $3450.00 (based on double occupancy) includes all cooking classes, first-class accommodations with private bath, breakfast & dinner (including wine), ground transportation, excursions, taxes and gratuities.(Single supplement is only $300.)
