A Look Into Your Week
Upon arrival, you are greeted at the arranged ground transportation pick-up point by Cucina Toscano. Our home base for the week inTuscany is Radda in Chianti.

We will drive along the coast as we make our way to Radda, we will stop in the picturesque seaside village of Porto Santo Stefano where we will enjoy a light lunch at seaside restaurant. We will have time to stroll this beautiful town and maybe have our first gelato of the week.
We are welcomed by our host . We will have time to unpack and get comfortable for our week in Tuscany. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the grounds of the property with vineyards as far as the eye can see, and we will enjoy a wine tasting of the property’s award-winning Chianti Classico wine. We will make our way to Radda in Chianti and explore this beautiful village where we will have our first night's dinner

Breakfast includes homemade biscuits and jams, eggs, local meats and cheeses along with coffee and juice.

Our 4 cooking classes are scheduled intermittently in the mornings and afternoons. The classes are taught by the chef/owners of the property where we will learn generations-old family recipes. Throughout the classes, you will receive personal instruction from the chef for a true hands-on cooking experience.

When not cooking we will explore the hill towns of Tuscany visiting historical and gastronomical landmarks stopping at vineyards, cheese farms and olive oil producers along the way.
Some of the towns we will visit include San Gimignano; a private guided tour of Florence including no wait admission to see Michelangelo's David ; a private guided tour in Siena; Castellina in Chianti; Greve in Chianti; Monteriggioni; Panzano; Montefioralle; Volpaia; Lecchi in Chianti; Gaiole in Chianti.
Small groups of 8 allow the opportunity to take advantage of unpublished events, festivals, or special gathering that are happening in the nearby villages.

In the evening, we will gather for dinner where we will enjoy the dishes made in class earlier that day or we will enjoy dinner in nearby Tuscan Hill towns.
At the end of the week we hope you have made new friends, learned time honored recipes, and gain memories that will last a lifetime.
Our per-person price of $3425.00 (based on double occupancy) includes all cooking classes, first-class accommodations with private bath, breakfast & dinner (including wine), ground transportation, excursions, taxes and gratuities.(Single supplement is only $300.)
